Mr. Hu was qualified as a lawyer in 1991 and has been practicing in Shenzhen since 2001. He has more than 20 years of continuous practice experience, focusing on civil and commercial dispute resolution, including contract disputes, corporate governance, marriage and family mediation.

1. Acting in the retrial procedure of a series of loan disputes between a joint-stock cooperative company in Shenzhen and a financial institution, the subject matter of the litigation is 0.12 billion, and the retrial request is fully supported to recover huge economic losses for customers;
2. Acting for a series of equity transfer disputes between an investment partnership (limited partnership) in Guangzhou and a science and technology development co., ltd. in Shenzhen, and achieving good results for customers;
3. Acting for a dispute over the sale and processing of a renewable resources co., ltd. in Sihui city and a non-ferrous alloy co., ltd. in Guangzhou, with the target amount of nearly 20 million;
4. Served as the perennial legal consultant of a commercial chain enterprise in South China for more than ten consecutive years, and has accumulated a lot of successful cases of practical experience in legal risk prevention and dispute resolution in the fields of foreign investment, commercial chain operation, property leasing, sales contract, consumer rights protection, product quality, personal injury compensation, human resource management, etc;

Social responsibility:
Lawyer Hu Ningke actively participates in the management of the lawyer industry. He serves as the Party Committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Industry, the director and vice chairman of Guangdong Lawyers Association and Shenzhen Lawyers Association. In 2017 and 2019, he was named the director of the excellent special committee of the Provincial Lawyers Association. In 2017, 2018 and 2019, the Shenzhen Lawyers Association's Shen Executive Committee was awarded the excellent working committee by the Shenzhen Lawyers Association for three consecutive years. In particular, it promoted the establishment of temporary party organizations during the pre-job centralized training of interns, creating a new situation in the party building of interns.
Hu Ning can also actively participate in social welfare activities. In 2008, colleagues from the office were mobilized to donate money to establish "Shengdian Lawyer Shanhou Primary School" in Shanhou Town, Huishui County, Guizhou Province ". In 2010, a project to help poor female high school students in Wengyuan County, Guangdong Province was launched. In 2019, the "Shenzhen Lawyers Mother Group" was launched to actively mobilize Shenzhen lawyers to donate money to help 70 Tibetan female students with tuition and living expenses.
