Educational background:
He graduated from Zhengzhou University Law School in 1987 with a bachelor's degree in law. In 2004, he studied in Chicago Kent Law School and obtained a master's degree in law.
Practice Experience:
He has been practicing for more than 20 years. Since 1987, he has successively served as a lawyer in the third law firm of Henan Province, Guangdong Guoxin law firm, Guangdong Tongren law firm, now as a senior partner of Guangdong Shengdian law firm, and an arbitrator of Shenzhen International Arbitration Court. Mainly engaged in major difficult civil and commercial litigation legal services, specializing in corporate mergers and acquisitions, contracts, financial disputes, and served as a number of securities companies, banks, insurance companies and state-owned enterprises perennial legal counsel. He has handled hundreds of civil and commercial litigation and criminal cases, served as legal counsel for dozens of state-owned and private enterprises, and provided high-quality and efficient legal solutions for the parties; he has a solid professional foundation and rich litigation experience.
