Passed the National Bar Examination in 1990. In 1992, he was awarded the qualification of economist by the leading group of title reform in Shenzhen. In 2008, the training course for senior managers (independent directors) of listed companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange was completed. Since 1989, he has successively served as Deputy Minister of Supervision and Audit Department, Minister of legal Affairs, Chief legal adviser, Assistant General Manager, part-time lawyer of Guangdong Foreign Economic Law firm, part-time lawyer of Guangdong Maritime Law firm, part-time lawyer of Guangzhou Jinpeng Cooperative Law firm, partner lawyer and director of Shenzhen Huaye Law firm, and partner lawyer of Shenzhen Branch of Beijing Zhonglun Law firm. He is currently a lawyer and senior partner of Guangdong Shengdian Law Firm, concurrently chairman of the board of supervisors of Shenzhen Jinyi Technology Co., Ltd., a former director of the China Society of Private International Law, and a member of the Legal Expert Advisory Committee of the Legal Affairs Office of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government.
