Lawyer Li Zhengmin is a senior partner of Guangdong Shengdian Law Firm. He graduated from the Law Department of Southwest University of Political Science and Law and the Graduate School of Civil and Commercial Law. He was admitted to the Law Department of Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 1979. In 1993, he was transferred to Shenzhen Legal Affairs Bureau in Jiangxi foreign economic law firm (during which he held a part-time lawyer's license). He successively worked in Shenzhen municipal government administrative economic regulations consulting service center, Shenzhen Legal Affairs Bureau Legal Research Institute, Shenzhen Municipal People's government administrative reconsideration office; resigned from public office in 2001 and joined Guangdong Xingchen law firm to work as a lawyer; He is now a senior partner of Guangdong Shengdian law firm.
