Education and work experience:
In 1985, he graduated from the Law Department of China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws; in 1992, he graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a Master of Laws in Economic Law. From 1985 to 1990, assistant judge, judge and vice president of economic division of Xinxiang court in Henan province; In 1989, he participated in the training organized by the senior judge training center of the supreme people's court. He passed the lawyer qualification examination in 1992. From 1993 to 1998, he served as a full-time legal consultant and supervisor of the board of supervisors in Shenzhen Kaiyuan Industrial Co., Ltd., which is directly under Sinopec Corporation. Since 1994, he has been a part-time lawyer in Shenzhen Jingtian law firm, in 2008, he was transferred to Guangdong Shengdian Law Firm as a partner lawyer. He has been employed as the guest host of Shenzhen Radio Station's "Tomorrow's Statement" and "Lawyers Online"; a teacher of the Shenzhen Law Popularization Lecturer Group; a member of the Corporate Law Committee and Civil Law Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association; and the Economic Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress Member of the "Shenzhen Lawyers People's Congress Legislative Advisory Debate Group.
