On behalf of the plaintiff, the court of first instance ruled in favor of the plaintiff's entire claim (the bond issuer repays all principal and interest and decides that multiple guarantors are jointly and severally liable).
2. The arbitration case of a partnership agreement dispute between an investment management center (limited partnership) in Beijing and a financial investment management co., ltd. and a science and technology industry investment management co., ltd., with the target of 12 million yuan. Acting for the respondent, the respondent of the arbitration award paid 3.6 million yuan to the applicant to help the respondent reduce the loss by more than 800 million yuan.
3. A construction group company in Zhejiang v. a group company in Shenzhen and other construction contract disputes, the subject of the lawsuit is more than 300 million yuan. Acting as the defendant, the first instance rejects all the plaintiff's claims, and the second instance rejects the appeal and upholds the original judgment.
4. Participate in the registration and filing due diligence of private equity fund managers of Shenzhen XXX Investment Management Co., Ltd., and assist in drafting legal opinions.
5. In the arbitration case of a cooperative contract dispute between a Jiangsu business incubator management co., ltd. and a power grid equipment co., ltd., the subject matter exceeded 18 million yuan and acted as the respondent. the arbitration award only required the respondent to pay 4 million yuan to help the applicant successfully reduce the loss by more than 1400 million yuan.
6. Acting for Shenzhen Rural Commercial Bank and a number of enterprises and individuals in financial loan contract disputes, litigation, arbitration and enforcement of the whole process of legal services have been well received, and have maintained a good cooperative relationship for more than ten years.
7. Acting for Shenzhen Longgang Dingye Village Bank Co., Ltd. in a series of financial loan contract dispute litigation, arbitration and enforcement of the whole process of legal services, for the client successfully recovered the relevant principal and interest.
