He received a bachelor's degree in law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 1991 and a master's degree in law from Xiangtan University in 2004. He once worked in Yiyang Shipping Company, served as the presiding judge of Yiyang Intermediate people's Court from December 1994 to March 2014, and later joined Guangdong Junyan Law firm to work as a full-time lawyer. Now he is a full-time lawyer of Guangdong Shengdian Law Firm.
