Graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 1983 with a bachelor's degree in law; in 1985, he studied in the first foreign-related economic legal lawyer training course of the Ministry of Justice; later, he worked in Suizhou Law Firm in Hubei Province and Xiangfan City Foreign-related Economic Law Firm in Hubei Province Practice; since 1990, he has served as a lawyer in Shenzhen Donghai Law Firm, Shenzhen Juntian Law Firm and Guangdong Shengdian Law Firm.
