Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor of Arts, Lanzhou University, Master of Law, People's Public Security University of China. From August 2006 to January 2014, he worked in procuratorial and political and legal organs at Shenzhen and district levels respectively, and served as assistant inspector, deputy section chief and chief staff member; in February 2014, he transferred to work as a lawyer and is now a partner of Guangdong Shengdian Law firm.

Typical cases and research results:
He has represented more than 300 civil, commercial and criminal cases, including the largest "sending blood test" case and "gene editing baby" case in China. He once provided special or perennial legal advisory services for well-known enterprises such as Tencent, Baidu, Dinghe Insurance and Wanxingke. He has published many papers in intellectual property law research and other journals.
