Education and Work Experience:
Graduated from Peking University Law School, Bachelor of Laws, Master of Advanced Business Administration, Shanghai Jiaotong University-French MEOMA Business School (DBA) Ph.D. He has long served as the legal adviser of the Shenzhen Taiwan Business Association, the secretary-general of the Taiwan Business Mission Association, and the director of the office. He is now a full-time lawyer of Guangdong Shengdian Law Firm.

There are in-depth discussions on land and real estate. In 2010, Hong Kong listed companies (code 00925) successfully facilitated the transfer of land development (RMB 1.2 billion of the subject matter involved), (code 00469) confirmation of land property rights, (code 01196) transfer of land and real estate (RMB 0.238 billion of the subject matter), Guangdong investment, large car materials and other land development confirmation transfer, cooperation and capital injection cases, have a deeper understanding of contract law, other areas of civil and commercial affairs.
