Education and Work Experience:
Graduated from Nanjing University with a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in finance from the University of International Business and Economics. He has served well-known enterprises and institutions such as Hunan Xiaoxiang Law Firm, Jiazhong Investment, Everbright International, Huaqiang Financial Holdings and Longguang Real Estate. Now he is a practicing lawyer of Guangdong Shengdian Law Firm.
Familiar with equity investment and M & A related businesses, providing legal services in the investment, construction and operation of PPP projects such as waste incineration power generation, sewage treatment and new energy for many years; participating in legal services for the initiation, establishment and operation of many private equity investment funds, industries and M & A funds on well-known financial control platforms; participating in the transaction structure design, agreement drafting and negotiation of project investment and M & A of well-known real estate listed companies; undertake the legal services of well-known foreign consulting companies to multinational companies in China, including Ricoh, Sanyo, Libi and Toray and other Fortune 500 companies in the world.
