Lawyers have long been active in intellectual property, financial securities, civil and commercial legal services. On April 26, the arrival of World Intellectual Property Day, April 20, 2021, in order to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the relevant business knowledge of "data compliance" in the context of the big data era, Shengdian Intellectual Property Committee specially invited lawyer Huang Xijiang to interpret the legal frontier issues and difficult practical issues in data compliance for the practitioners in the institute.
Lawyer Huang Xijiang has been deeply engaged in intellectual property business for many years. He is a doctor of intellectual property law of Southwest University of political science and law and a partner of Shengdian law firm. He has rich experience in intellectual property theory and legal practice. He is now an assistant professor of Intellectual Property Research Institute of Jinan University, vice president of Shengdian practical Law Research Institute, deputy editor in chief of Shengdian lawyer review, member of China Intellectual Property Law Research Association, director of Shengdian Intellectual Property Committee and expert database of Guangdong Geographical Indications. In the one-and-a-half-hour lecture, he gave detailed lectures on guiding ideology, industry status, personal information and corporate data and government data protection.
Lawyer Huang Xijiang has great experience in the fields of enterprise intellectual property deployment and strategic planning, intellectual property rights protection and risk prevention legal services, Internet and e-commerce legal services, anti-unfair competition and data security. Liu Moumou, who acted as an agent, was selected as one of the "Top Ten Intellectual Property Events in Shenzhen in 2013". In this lecture on "New Frontier of Law/New Business of Lawyers: Data Compliance", Lawyer Huang Xijiang, based on his many years of practical experience and taking classic cases as the starting point, had a comprehensive and in-depth sharing and exchange with the participants on the legal provisions, international trends and targeted solutions related to personal information protection, enterprise data protection and government data protection. Taking the lecture as an opportunity, we brainstormed and spoke freely, and made a detailed discussion on some difficult cases faced by everyone.
