On the evening of July 20, the Civil and Commercial Dispute Resolution Committee of Shengdian Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil and Commercial Committee") held a case sharing meeting with more than 60 applicants. Affected by the new crown epidemic, this sharing meeting is also the first offline event held by the Civil and Commercial Commission in 2021. The originally planned one-and-a-half-hour sharing meeting was extended to nearly three hours due to the enthusiasm of the sharing guests and colleagues on the scene. Even some colleagues who could not squeeze into the conference room stood in the corridor outside the door and listened to the whole audience.

Shengdian has eight professional committees, which regularly hold case sharing sessions and other business training activities, usually on weekday evenings. After a day of intensive work, there are still so many Shengdian lawyers who take the initiative to use their off-duty time to participate in business sharing activities, showing Shengdian's persistent pursuit of professionalism. The sharing meeting was presided over by lawyer Dai Weimin, deputy director of the Civil Affairs and Commerce Commission. Three senior lawyers, Feng Ruotong, Liu Jinlang and Li Benke, shared the cases handled by their respective teams.

Partner lawyer feng ruotong shared how to question the defects of the appraisal report from the aspects of the appraisal institution qualification, appraisal standard, appraisal tool, appraisal method and calculation method of the appraisal report in the case, and drew the on-site comparison chart in detail, further demonstrated the errors of the appraisal report through visual means, and finally persuaded the undertaking judge to deny the conclusion of the appraisal report and safeguard the rights and interests of the parties.

Lawyer Liu Jinlang, deputy director of the Civil Affairs and Commerce Commission, shared a five-year equity transfer dispute case. The process of this case is tortuous and the legal relationship is complicated. In the face of very unfavorable results of the first instance, lawyer Liu did not fear the threat of retaliation from the other party, eliminated the interference of factors outside the case, carefully sorted out the facts of the case, comprehensively collected favorable evidence, seized the loopholes in the first instance judgment, and timely adjusted the litigation strategy. The second instance was eventually revised, with customer satisfaction and a balance between commercial interests and legal risks.

Lawyer Li Benke, director of the Civil and Commercial Commission, shared a case in which the tenant of a villa did not pay rent, did not vacate the house, and sued the owner for breach of contract. Lawyer Li represented the owner successfully repossessed the house on his own, and confiscated the tenant's six-month lease deposit and compensated the owner for various losses through counterclaims. Lawyer Li also shared the team's diagnosis form of housing lease contract disputes, package solutions, careful arrangements and evidence collection methods in the process of self-collection. The audience expressed admiration for the fineness of lawyer Li's team in handling the case.

In the case discussion session, lawyer Du Jiangtao shared a difficult and complicated case with a public welfare nature that he is currently handling, hoping that everyone can work together to help the parties protect their rights.
