On October 25, 2021, Baoan District Committee of the Communist Party of China once again hired Chen Zhimin, a lawyer from Shengdian Law Firm, as its permanent legal adviser.

From October 2012 to October 2017, Mr. Chen Zhimin served as the permanent legal adviser of Baoan District Government for five consecutive years. From December 2019 to December 2020, lawyer Chen Zhimin was transferred to the permanent legal adviser of Baoan District Committee.
