At the beginning of the lecture, lawyer Guo first briefly analyzed the concept and characteristics of economic crime, and then explained where lawyers should intervene in the investigation stage from the dimensions of the types of economic crime cases handled by the economic investigation department, the provisions of the division of jurisdiction of the economic investigation department, the internal institutions of the economic investigation department and the division of functions. Then, lawyer Guo explained the important provisions of the procedural provisions for handling economic crime cases with you. Finally, lawyer Guo shared the evidence materials needed to report ten common economic crime cases, such as illegal absorption of public deposits, misappropriation of funds, job embezzlement and other crimes, and attached a criminal complaint of job embezzlement and misappropriation of funds as a template to describe in detail how to grasp the focus of the report in the process of reporting.
