On the afternoon of December 16, 2022, the Committee of Guangdong Shengdian Law Firm of the Communist Party of China (hereinafter referred to as "Shengdian Party Committee") organized a training and learning meeting on the improvement of party work ability in conference room 7 of Runyang Xigu Hot Spring Hotel in Huiyang Country Garden. Nearly 20 members of the Party Committee, Discipline Inspection Commission and Branch Committee attended the meeting. This training and study meeting is divided into three parts, including the study of improving the party's work ability, the training of the by-election process for branch members and the study of the spirit of the party's 20 major reports.

The first item on the agenda of the meeting was shared by Comrade Zhang Liang on the improvement of Party work ability. Comrade Zhang Liang first made a report on the recent study and training of party affairs held by the Party Committee of the Lawyers Association. Secondly, he shared three aspects: how to carry out the standardization of party building, the management of party members' organizational relations, and how to carry out organizational life.

Comrade Zhang Liang believes that:(1) it is necessary to promote the business development of law firms and improve the living standards of employees as the fundamental goal of standardized and institutionalized party building. To promote the standardization and institutionalization of Party building work, we should not focus on Party building. We should take whether it has promoted the business development of law firms and solved the practical difficulties of Party members and the masses as the evaluation criteria for standardization and institutionalization construction, so as to truly solve the "two skin" problems of Party building and development;(2) we should look at the standardization of Party building from different perspectives, from the perspective of the party branch secretary, from the perspective of the responsible comrades of the party building materials, and from the perspective of the party building data examiners;(3) Party building leads the construction of four major projects: strong foundation project, pilot project, cohesion project and pioneer project;(4) Work requirements for different situations of party organization relations: management of organizational relations of mobile party members, loss of letter of introduction of organizational relations of party members, expiration of letter of introduction of organizational relations of party members, requirements for transferring organizational relations of party members, cessation of organizational relations between party members and party members, party members and party members going abroad (border) (not transferring organizational relations), party members and party members going abroad (border) (studying abroad at their own expense), party members and party members going abroad (border) (resuming organizational life);(5) The Party branch shall hold an organizational life meeting at least once a year, which is generally arranged in the fourth quarter and can be held at any time as needed. Generally, it is held in the form of a party branch party member meeting, a party branch committee meeting or a party group. And seriously organize study, seriously investigate problems, carry out criticism and self-criticism and democratic evaluation of party members, work after evaluation, and seriously rectify and implement;(6) Generally, at least once a month, the time is not less than half a day to hold thematic party day activities;(7) "Three meetings and one lesson": a quarterly branch party meeting, a monthly branch committee, one to two monthly party group meetings, and a quarterly party class.

The second item on the agenda of the meeting was shared by Comrade Zhu Yiying as the by-election process for branch members. Comrade Zhu Yiying pointed out that there were six documents in the by-election materials for branch members, and the following simple guidelines were made according to the by-election materials for branch members:(1) Brewing candidates: on the basis of fully listening to the opinions of Party members and soliciting the opinions of the team, the candidates for Party branch (Party committee and general branch) committee members (the difference between the candidates for members is 20% of the number of members to be elected) and the candidates for Party branch secretary and deputy secretary and deputy secretary (Party committee). (2) Application: To submit a written application to the party committee of the industry to add members, it is necessary to attach two copies of the roster of registered party members and the registration form of candidates for secretaries (members), and affix the official seal of the branch. The election method and agenda refer to the original general meeting. (3) Approval and approval: According to the investigation, the approval will be issued after the study and approval of the industry party committee meeting. (4) Meeting and Election: The Party branch holds a general meeting of Party members for election. (5) Report the election results. (6) Approval of the Party Committee of the Industry.

The third item on the agenda of the meeting is to study the spirit of the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Su Essay, Li Rengong, Zhou Hairong, Wang Jianyong, Xu Jiangyun, Wang Jing, Yang Min, Zhou Xiaolei, Zhang Liang and others talked about their experiences in deeply understanding and implementing the spirit of the Party's 20th Congress. They said that the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China held high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, adhered to Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thinking of the "Three Represents", and the scientific development concept, and fully implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. This paper expounds the great changes in the new era and its milestone significance, the mission and tasks of the Communist Party of China in the new era and new journey, major theoretical and practical issues such as the Chinese characteristics, essential requirements and major principles that must be firmly grasped in Chinese modernization, have determined the overall goal of China's development by 2035 and the main objectives and tasks for the next five years, and have made arrangements for strengthening the party's overall leadership and promoting the new great project of party building in the new era, it has pointed out the way forward and provided fundamental follow-up for the development of the cause of the party and the state in the new era and new journey. We must resolutely maintain the core position of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Party Central Committee and the core position of the entire party, and maintain the authority and centralized leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core. It is necessary to deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two establishments", keep in mind the "big country", strengthen the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidence", and achieve the "two safeguards", with a high-spirited state of mind and pragmatic Work style implements the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party, and strives to create a new situation for the development of the party and the country on a new journey.
