The meeting deliberated and unanimously approved the 2022 final accounts report made by lawyer Wang Yongjing on behalf of the 7th Administrative Committee, the 2023 preliminary budget report and the 2022 audit supervision report made by lawyer Chen Weiyue.
The meeting considered and voted on the proposal on the return of senior partner funds and the proposal on the standard fee for senior partners in 2023.
The meeting voted and approved the method for the general election of the eighth Administrative Committee and the Audit Committee, and by secret ballot, lawyer Wang Yongjing was unanimously elected as the director of the eighth Administrative Committee, lawyer Chen Weiyue was unanimously elected as the director of the eighth Administrative Committee, and lawyer Li Yonglu and lawyer Guo Yan were unanimously elected as members of the eighth Administrative Committee.
