On February 17, 2023, just as spring was blooming, Shengdian Law Firm held the first "Youth Thinking Meeting" in B.ParK Blooming Garden. Lawyer Wang Yongjing, director of the Administrative Committee, and lawyer Zhou Dianliang, member of the Administrative Committee, were invited to participate. The meeting was presided over by Wang Sining, Secretary General of Youth Promotion and Development Committee of Shengdian Law Firm.

Lawyer Wang Yongjing said that he participated in the meeting as a friend and hoped that everyone could speak freely, answer questions for personal development and offer suggestions for the development of the law firm.

Lawyer Zhou Dianliang expressed the original intention and vision of the law firm to hold the "Youth Conference", hoping to strengthen the relationship between the law firm and young lawyers through this relaxed and pleasant way, and effectively answer the doubts faced by young lawyers.

Later, the lawyers attending the meeting spoke enthusiastically and expressed their thoughts. Lawyers Zhang Liang, Zhang Xiaojing, Chen Jinfeng and Liu Jinlang introduced their growth process and experience to young lawyers respectively, with a view to helping young lawyers. The talks have been going on in a warm, pleasant and genuine atmosphere. Everyone has also put forward many useful suggestions and opinions on the management and service work of the law firm. For all kinds of doubts and suggestions put forward by young lawyers, lawyers Wang Yongjing, Zhou Dianliang, Zhang Xiaojing and Zhang Liang combined their own practice experience and life experience, in a cordial, funny and humorous way, unreservedly gave everyone sincere, pragmatic and meaningful answers.

Also attending the meeting were 13 lawyers including Zhong Wei, Zhang Yuewen, Zhao Mengmeng, Mai Jing, Wang Zhihong, Xiong Zi, Deng Fanni, Tian Shan, Li Yao, Gong Zhengyu, Chen Jiali, Zhang Xing and Xu Jie. Participants all said that participating in the "Youth Conference" has benefited a lot and hope that the event can continue.

At the end of the meeting, lawyer Zhang Xiaojing, director of the Youth Promotion and Development Committee, made a summary: this "youth thinking meeting", everyone spoke freely and achieved the effect of heart-to-heart communication, which was a successful and satisfactory activity. Brief Introduction of Sheng Dian's "Youth Thinking Association"

Shengdian "Youth Thought Association" is an ideological collision and exchange platform set up by Shengdian Management Committee for the growth of young lawyers. It aims to understand the perception and confusion in the growth process of young lawyers, and to explore, promote and join hands with young lawyers and law firms to grow and develop together. "Green" means youth, youth, and evergreen things. It also means that green comes out and green is better than blue. "Thinking" is the homonym of "silk" in "Chao Ruo Qing Si Dusk Cheng Xue". The Master said: "Learning without thinking means nothing". Han Wengong (Han Yu) also said that "doing what is accomplished by thinking is destroyed by following.
