On the evening of May 11, the second phase of the 2023 "Shengdian Practice Lecture Hall"-the sharing meeting on job occupation cases and marking transcripts was successfully held. This activity was organized by Shengdian Criminal Defense Committee. Lawyer Miao Sisi, partner of Shengdian, and lawyer Xu Zhihong were invited to share the topic. Lawyer Guo Chaohui, senior partner of Shengdian, director of Criminal Defense Committee, and some colleagues of Shengdian attended the event.
Job encroachment case sharing
Lawyer Miao introduced the basic situation of the case undertaken by senior partner Li Yonglu and his team from the aspects of case background, investigation stage, examination and prosecution, first instance judgment result, etc., and shared the main points and skills in the process of handling criminal cases in combination with the specific problems encountered in the process of serving as the defender of the case. Lawyer Miao believes that the sorting of data in the early stage of the case should be logical and intuitive, which has a great impact on the subsequent examination, prosecution and cross-examination.
Marking record making and sharing
Lawyer Xu Zhihong showed the results of marking criminal cases carefully handled by his team, and then used the method of practical demonstration to decompose the marking process into case marking, downsizing and directory indexing, and shared in detail the experience and operation points of marking and extracting information. Lawyer Xu believes that the marking should be refined, and key data and important contents should be extracted from the huge and complicated case data as the main index information to serve the handling objectives and make the case files from thick to thin.
Participants also discussed and exchanged related issues such as the refinement of criminal defense and the production tools for marking transcripts.
