With the theme of "Eye of Shenzhen", Gangxia North Hub of Shenzhen Metro introduces the two-way extension of Fermat Spiral Line, which is beautiful and majestic. Because of its ingenious construction method and highly scientific and technological design, Gangxia North Hub has become a "city landmark" and a popular "online red card punch" in 2022 ". In order to deeply understand the design concept and innovative characteristics of the project, Mr. Xi Xuegang, the overall designer of Gangxia North Hub Project, senior engineer of China Railway Design Group and national first-class registered architect, was specially invited to give an explanation. Qigong has been involved in the planning and design of this project since 2015, which lasted for nearly 8 years and was responsible for the survey and design of Gangxia North Hub Project in the whole process.
Gangxia North Hub aims at the concept of internationalization and modernization of Shenzhen's underground integrated hub in the new era. The theme design introduces the Fermat spiral, which extends in both directions and brings together the "Eye of Shenzhen", reflecting the cultural symbol of convergence and blending. The atrium design opens up 26 natural lighting patios and introduces natural light, which has a great sense of technology and visual impact, and also effectively improves the brightness of the station. In addition to the highlight of the four-line transfer, Gangxia North Hub has also carried out sufficient underground space development. Its underground space connects the citizen center to the west and Liancheng Xintiandi to the south. At the same time, it makes the underground space outdoor through the sinking square. It is not only a public service space in the city, but also a continuous commercial space that can meet the needs of the surrounding customers. It can introduce catering, retail, exhibition and other formats, meet the dining, shopping and leisure needs of office and residential customers.
