Recently, lawyer Guo Chaohui, senior partner of Shengdian Law Firm, was invited by Ping An Lishun International Currency Brokerage Co., Ltd. The focus of this training is divided into three parts. First of all, lawyer Guo talked about the crimes that ordinary citizens are easy to offend, popularized the awareness of preventing criminal risks, and then put forward the role and significance of criminal risk prevention and control in the daily production and operation of the company as a legal person. Secondly, lawyer Guo told the participants in detail about the specific types of economic crime cases, and took the economic investigation department of Shenzhen public security organ as an example to introduce the internal organization and division of functions of the economic investigation department. Finally, taking Shenzhen's multiple thunderstorm P2P illegal fund-raising cases, Tencent and Byte employees' commercial bribery cases, and Dajiang collective fraud cases as examples, it focuses on the crimes of illegal fund-raising, job embezzlement and commercial bribery that are easy to violate in the company's business activities.
