Recently, lawyer Guo Chaohui, senior partner of Shengdian Law firm, was invited by Nan'ao people's Hospital (hereinafter referred to as Nan'ao Hospital) in Dapeng New District of Shenzhen City to carry out anti-corruption education and training for medical workers in Nan'ao Hospital. More than 100 people participated in the training, including the president of Nan'ao Hospital, directors of various departments, professional medical technicians and non-professional medical service providers.

The training is divided into four parts. First of all, lawyer Guo talked about the crimes that ordinary citizens are easy to commit, reminding the participants that they should have the awareness of preventing criminal risks. Subsequently, Lawyer Guo introduced to the participants the crimes that medical workers are easy to commit from the perspectives of the scope of the Supervisory Committee's jurisdiction, the definition and types of corruption and bribery crimes. After that, lawyer Guo explained the law by taking a number of cases such as suspected job-related crimes committed by medical workers in hospitals at all levels in Shenzhen as an example, warning that medical workers in the medical field are at high risk of bribery, and all medical workers should pay attention to such situations. Finally, lawyer Guo made a detailed and comprehensive analysis and explanation from the perspective of the characteristics and causes of job-related crimes in the medical field, and put forward corresponding prevention suggestions.
