On the afternoon of October 28, Shenzhen Bankruptcy Administrators Association held the award ceremony of "2020-2022 Top Ten Enterprise Bankruptcy Typical Cases. The "Shenzhen Beak Toe Yu Venture Capital Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Bankruptcy Liquidation Case" undertaken by the bankruptcy administrator team of Shengdian Law Firm was rated as "Top Ten Enterprise Bankruptcy Typical Cases in 2020-2022".
The bankruptcy liquidation case of Shenzhen Beak Toe Feather Venture Capital Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as Beak Toe Feather) is the first bankruptcy liquidation case of a limited partnership in Shenzhen. Appointed by the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, Guangdong Shengdian Law Firm acted as the administrator.
