Recently, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Shenzhen Lawyers Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Municipal Lawyers Association") are guided by Xi Jinping's important content of the rule of law on the overall planning of domestic and foreign-related rule of law, and in accordance with the four-year work plan of the current Council of the Municipal Lawyers Association And the 2023 work plan, the selection of leading talents and emerging talents (the sixth batch) of foreign-related lawyers in Shenzhen has been initiated. This move aims to promote the construction of a high-quality foreign-related legal service team, and actively provide high-quality legal services for the city's new pattern of opening up and high-quality economic and trade development.
After public solicitation and registration, organization review, chairman meeting and board of directors review, on December 19, 2023, the Municipal Lawyers Association announced the sixth batch of Shenzhen's foreign-related leading talent pool and new talent pool list. Lawyer Bu Bin and lawyer Wu Ying of Shengdian Law Firm were successfully selected into the new talent pool.
Shengdian will continue to make efforts in training and mining foreign-related legal service talents, provide high-quality and professional legal services for Shenzhen's new pattern of opening up to the outside world and high-quality economic and trade development, and help Shenzhen's high-quality economic development.

He is currently a lawyer of Guangdong Shengdian Law Firm, a senior corporate compliance engineer, deputy director of Shengdian Foreign Affairs Legal Professional Committee, a director of the Alumni Association of Shenzhen University Law School, a director of Shenzhen Legal Culture Research Association, and a member of the Chinese Law Society. He has been selected as a new talent pool of foreign-related lawyers in Shenzhen, has securities qualifications, has rich practical experience in dispute resolution, and has handled a large number of civil and commercial disputes, focus on corporate litigation, foreign-related litigation, commercial contracts, financial disputes, corporate compliance and other fields, good at handling difficult and complex cases, has provided legal services for dozens of domestic banks, securities firms, trusts, listed companies and large enterprises, etc., and is good at helping customers effectively achieve their business goals through litigation.

A lawyer of Guangdong Shengdian Law Firm, he is currently the deputy director of the Intellectual Property and Digital Economy Legal Professional Committee of Shengdian Law Firm. He has rich experience in the field of civil and commercial disputes and foreign-related legal services.
