Recently, Shengdian successfully held the "Judicial Appraisal Practice Sharing Meeting". This sharing meeting was initiated and organized by Shengdian Civil and Commercial Dispute Resolution Legal Professional Committee (hereinafter referred to as Civil and Commercial Committee), and specially invited Gong Yingjian and Wang Yuan, experts from Guangdong Nantian Judicial Appraisal Institute (hereinafter referred to as Nantian Appraisal Institute), to share the topic. The sharing meeting was presided over by lawyer Feng Ruotong, partner of Shengdian and director of the Civil and Commercial Commission. Lawyer Du Jiangtao, deputy director of the Civil and Commercial Commission, lawyer Zhou Ning, secretary general, and more than 30 colleagues of Shengdian attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, lawyer feng ruotong expressed his warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to Mr. gong yingjian and Mr. Wang yuan of nantian appraisal institute for being invited to come to shengdian to share, and introduced the purpose of holding this sharing meeting to the participants.

During the sharing session, experts Gong Yingjian and Wang Yuan of Nantian Appraisal Institute shared in depth the concept of judicial appraisal, the scope of judicial appraisal, the appraisal items of documents, the appraisal technology, characteristics and advantages of the time when documents were made, as well as the relevant inspection materials and sample requirements, and combined with the actual cases they handled in the past, it vividly explains the identification problems, coping skills and solutions that may be encountered in the practice of handling cases.

In the exchange session, the participants actively asked the sharing experts about the judicial expertise matters and questions involved in the process of handling the case. The participants had a lively discussion and exchange.
