Since I stepped into the sacred realm of law, every step has been firm and full. This time, I am honored to be awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Female Lawyer of Shenzhen Lawyers Association". Looking back on the road of practice in the past, I deeply feel that the road of law is tortuous but full of wisdom and passion. Under the rule of law, I began my career as a lawyer with love and awe of the law. Every case, every trial, is a spiritual baptism and wisdom of the collision. I am well aware that as lawyers, we shoulder the important task of safeguarding social justice and safeguarding the dignity of the rule of law. Therefore, I always adhere to the principle of having a number of words, doing things effectively and getting along well, and strive to reflect the professionalism and accomplishment of lawyers in every detail.

There is a number of words.

 

 

As lawyers, our role is to provide legal advice to clients and help them fight for their rights. Every word carries the authority and responsibility of the law. Therefore, we must speak on the basis of, can not be rash, can not be arbitrary. We are responsible for every sentence and ensure that our advice is based on deep legal knowledge and extensive practical experience. Only by "doing what you say and doing what you do" can we truly win the trust and respect of our customers.

Legal work requires us to have a high degree of professionalism and rigorous work attitude. In the process of practicing, I have always kept in mind the principle of "everything is explained, everything is settled, and everything is answered. We should make clear our original intention and direction and complete every task with an all-out attitude. I once participated in a special asset restructuring project. In the face of the urgent needs of customers, our team gave full play to the efforts of all staff and issued a comprehensive due diligence report and restructuring plan in only one week, providing strong support for customers. This experience made me deeply realize that only by doing things effectively can we provide customers with the best service and help them solve practical problems.

The work of a lawyer is not only a personal battle, but also a team collaboration. We need to communicate and cooperate effectively with colleagues, clients, judges, arbitrators and other parties. In this process, we should pay attention to the degree of getting along with each other. We should not only adhere to our own positions and views, but also respect the opinions and suggestions of others. We must consider more customers and others, and establish good relationships, so that we can give full play to our maximum value in the team, and then make the customer's account to the extreme.

These three principles, like the three lights on my path of practice, guide me to keep moving forward. In the days to come, I will continue to uphold these principles, and constantly improve their professional quality and comprehensive ability to provide customers with more quality and efficient legal services. At the same time, I also look forward to communicating, learning, and making common progress with more colleagues, and writing a more brilliant chapter under the sky of the rule of law.
