The "Young Eagle Program" launched by Shengdian has so far attracted 15 young lawyers to join. On the basis of the "Young Eagle Plan", Shengdian also set up a "Young Eagle Reserve Plan". The aforementioned programs are designed to help young lawyers achieve rapid growth.

Shengdian will continue to practice the development concept of "talents are the first productive force of law firms", continue to improve and optimize the training mechanism of young lawyers, help young lawyers continuously improve their professional quality and professional ability, and provide more extensive development and growth opportunities for young lawyers.
Since December 2021, Shengdian has continued to implement the "Young Eagle Plan". The "Young Eagle Program" provides the following policy support for new practicing young lawyers inside and outside the Institute:
(1) During the period when the contracted lawyer participates in the Young Eagle Program, no card fee and management fee will be charged;
(2) The case of cooperation within the law firm shall be recommend to the young eagle lawyer first;
(3) Additional cash incentives for over-fulfilling the benchmark performance set out in the Young Eagle Program;
(4) Encourage young eagle lawyers to actively participate in the management of law firm affairs, and encourage outstanding young eagle lawyers to apply to join the law firm partner.
From December 2023, Shengdian launched the "Young Eagle Reserve Plan". The "Young Eagle Reserve Program" provides the following policy support for new practicing young lawyers inside and outside the Institute:
(1) No performance appraisal requirements;
(2) Waiver of card fees and management fees;
(3) The same authority to use the office resources of the law firm;
(4) The law firm's public case sources and opportunities are first recommended to the lawyers of the Eagle Reserve Program business team.。
