Here, we encourage every lawyer to be professional and vigorous without worrying about shaking the authority or breaking through the ceiling. Here, we develop branches, guided by brand building, sharing and common prosperity, rather than seeking control and profit-making; Here, we strive to balance our operating income and expenditure. There are no capitalists who make profits from lawyers, and the management has no such profit-making motive. Therefore, Shengdian people can enjoy a highly competitive practice cost advantage. Here, colleagues who hold a public mind and are willing to serve are easily elected to the management, rather than considering the importance of prestige and the amount of performance. Here, we always stick to our first heart and mechanism. We don't need to live in the light of others.

 

The commitment to specialization, the intention to keep the line.Under the mechanism of Shengdian, managers have the external embodiment of the system of being respected, actually paying and revering for their public welfare, which to a large extent restrains Shengdian people's desire and realization of management rights.
