on August 10, Shenzhen Longgang financial investment holding co., ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Longgang financial holding co., ltd.) released the second white list of lawyer service selection results, shengdian Law Firm (including Longgang Branch) was successfully selected, and the storage service period will be from August 2023 to August 2026.

Longgang FPC Overview

Longgang Financial Holding was established on November 3, 2015. It is a wholly state-owned company approved by Longgang District Government and has a registered capital of 4 billion yuan.

After 8 years of development, Longgang Financial Holdings has moved from a single government-led fund management platform, it has developed into a financial holding company covering a number of key business sectors such as guiding funds, direct equity investment, small loans, financing guarantees, financial leasing, and capital docking. It has formed a multi-level and all-round comprehensive financial service pattern, and has grown into a financial holding enterprise with complete financial license and comprehensive financial services in the state-owned enterprise system of Shenzhen and District. Longgang Financial Holdings currently has 6 wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Guiding Fund Management Company, Jintong Microfinance Company, and Industrial Financing Guarantee Company; 2 shareholding companies, including Jinqiao Financial Leasing Company and Longgang Dingye Village Bank.

Project Team Introduction

In this application project, lawyer Huang Ting, senior partner of Shengdian, and lawyer Liao Taochun, senior partner, are the team leaders, senior partner Yi Jianguo, senior partner Yu Yi, lawyer Fang Chanting, lawyer Dai Weimin, lawyer Wang Sining, lawyer Huang Liyan, lawyer Liang Ying, lawyer Zhang Jian, lawyer Zhuang Xiaoyi, intern lawyer Xiao Sheng and intern lawyer Yin Zhihua are all members of the project team.

This selection project has very high requirements on the qualification conditions, category performance, service evaluation, personnel size, financial status, award-winning honor, service team, etc. of the applicant. a total of more than 20 law firms have signed up to participate. shengdian was successfully selected after preliminary examination and the above-mentioned bid, which reflects Longgang financial control's affirmation and recognition of the comprehensive capabilities of shengdian and the project team, such as professional experience, practice performance and service level, the project team will provide professional legal services for Longgang Financial Holdings diligently, responsibly and efficiently.
