On January 13, 2023, Chambers (Chambers and Partners), an international authoritative legal rating agency, released the list of Chambers Greater China Guide 2023 (Chambers Greater China Region 2023). Shengdian Law Firm was promoted to the third level (Band 3) in the business field of "Corporate/Commercial: Eastern Coast (Guangdong)", becoming one of the four local brand law firms in Shenzhen on the list. This is also the second time that Shengdian has been on the international legal rating list since it was on the Benchmark Litigation 2022 Asia Pacific Dispute Resolution List in 2022 and won the "Excellent Comprehensive Strength Law Firm (Guangdong)" award in Commercial Law.

Chen Zhimin
Honorary Director and Senior Partner of Shengdian Law Firm, has been practicing for 34 years. He once served as the director of all China Lawyers Association, the executive director of Guangdong Lawyers Association, the fourth and fifth vice president of Shenzhen Lawyers Association, and a member of the fifth and sixth CPPCC of Shenzhen. He is currently serving as the legal adviser of the Baoan District Committee of the Communist Party of China, the legal adviser of the Futian District Committee of the Communist Party of China, the legal adviser of Shenzhen Airport Group Co., Ltd., the legal adviser of Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd., and the arbitrator of Shenzhen International Arbitration Court (Shenzhen Arbitration Commission). In 2021, he was awarded the title of "Excellent Lawyer of the Province" by the Guangdong Lawyers Association, in 2019, he was awarded the title of "Comprehensive Excellent Party Member" by the Guangdong Lawyers Industry Committee of the Communist Party of China, and in 2018, he was awarded the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association "Individual Award" and "Service Lawyer Award". In 2013, he was awarded the "Shenzhen Lawyers Industry Development Outstanding Achievement Award" by the Shenzhen Municipal Outstanding Achievement Award ".

Yang Bincheng
Lawyer Yang Bincheng graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in legal theory in 2013. From April 2017 to October 2020, he worked in Beijing Tiandong (Shenzhen) Law Firm as a senior barrister. Senior partner, and served as deputy director of the Trust Professional Committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Association, director of the Legal Committee of Shenzhen Alumni Association of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and director of the Company Law Committee of Guangdong Shengdian Law Firm.
