Looking back on 2020, Shengdian people are sincere and single-minded, difficult times to create excellence. In order to better sum up experience and plan for the future, Shengdian Law Firm held the first partner meeting in 2021 and the 2020 award ceremony in the multi-function hall on the 25th floor of Block A of Shenzhen International Innovation Center on the afternoon of January 23, 2021.
———————————— First Partners Meeting of 2021 ————————————
In the first part of the partners' meeting, five members of the 7th Administrative Committee of Shengdian Institute: lawyer Wang Yongjing, lawyer Hu Ningkeo, lawyer Zhong Gangqiang, lawyer Peng Gang and lawyer Zhou Dianliang respectively made detailed reports on their respective responsibilities.

In the second part, lawyer Peng gang, director of Shengdian Longgang branch, made an on-site report on the business development and income generation of Longgang branch in 2020. Lawyer Qin Hua, Executive Director of Beijing Branch, made an online report on the business development and income generation of Beijing Branch through video conference. Lawyer Lai Canhui, director of Qianhai Branch, was unable to attend and entrusted senior partner lawyer Li Rengong to give a brief report on the business development and income generation of Qianhai Branch.

In the third part of the meeting, lawyer Wang Yongjing, director of the management committee, made the 2020 work report of the management committee, the 2020 final accounts report, the 2021 preliminary budget report, and the 2021 senior partner recruitment fee standard report on behalf of the 7th management committee. Mr. Chen Weiyue, Director of the Audit Commission, made the audit supervision report of the firm in 2020. At the end of the report, the partners considered the above matters and voted unanimously.

After that, the partners voted to adopt amendments to the articles of association (to amend the criteria for the admission of partners) and to amend the Resolution on the Promotion of Senior Partner Team Lawyers to Junior Partners. In the warm conversation, the partners shared their thoughts and feelings, and gathered the consensus of more responsibility, more development and more income in the collision of ideas and the storm of thinking. In the future, they will join hands with all Shengdian people to embrace new trends, build new industries and create new brilliance!

Limited by the epidemic situation, Shengdian did not hold a grand annual meeting outside in accordance with the tradition of previous years, but held the 2020 award ceremony in the multi-function hall of the new office on the 25th floor. In 2020, a total of 8 lawyers were promoted to junior partners and 29 newly licensed lawyers. In order to motivate them, Shengdian held a licensing ceremony for new partners and new practicing lawyers. The new partner made speeches on behalf of Mr. Miao Si and the new practicing lawyer on behalf of Mr. Zhong Haiwei. At this point, the award ceremony is successfully concluded!
