Lawyer Zhong Gangqiang, deputy director and senior partner of the Administrative Committee, presided over the ceremony and said that after the opening of the new 2000-square-meter office on the 25th floor, the office area of Shengdian Headquarters has increased to 4000-square-meter, and the office and reception conditions have made a qualitative leap. Welcome to the opening ceremony of Shengdian Law Firm's new office on the 25th floor of Block A of Shenzhen International Innovation Center (Guochuang Center)!
At this time, here and in the new year, recalling our 2020: the ravages of the new crown epidemic failed to hinder the pace of Shengdian's progress. With confidence and determination, we implemented the expansion of the headquarters office space with a bold attitude and achieved the annual target of both anti-epidemic and production. The operating income of Shengdian Shenzhen region continued to exceed 0.2 billion yuan compared with 2019 before the epidemic.
Following the low-key and introverted style of the code, limited to the constraints of the epidemic, we did not invite foreign guests to hold the new office opening celebration in a higher way, but this does not weaken the low-key, luxurious and meaningful new office on the 25th floor.
The so-called low-key, the new office on the 25th floor has maintained the coordination with the existing office style on the 17th floor. It is not grandiose, not public, not dazzling, and the overall style is gentle and stable.

The new office on the 25th floor will be opened, and the office area of Shengdian headquarters will be increased to 4000 square meters. Shengdian will rise to a higher level and stand higher! Some are happy, some are worried. We should inspire four kinds of self-confidence.
First of all, we need to have regional confidence. The accelerated changes in the global economic competition pattern brought about by the epidemic have made China's comparative advantage in international economic competition more obvious, and the domestic economic cycle has been pushed forward, and the trend of the domestic economic center of gravity and strength moving southward is becoming more and more obvious. Technological innovation and the new economy often bring new opportunities for legal services, just as the per capita income level of lawyers in California's Silicon Valley surpassed that of New York lawyers after nearly three decades of development.
Secondly, we need to have hardware confidence. Shengdian is located in the first row of high-rise office buildings on Shennan Avenue, overlooking the wind and cloud of Tai Mo Shan in Hong Kong, and close to Shenzhen CBD city and economic prosperity. The 4th lines of subway 2, 10, 11 (extension) and 14 (Eastern Express) downstairs will soon meet. The supporting facilities for underground commercial space will also be more perfect. The new office decoration and facilities are also upstream. These infrastructure facilities, it is of great benefit to enhance the image, facilitate customers, help office and attract talents.
Third, we must have cultural confidence. Since the establishment of Shengdian Institute, especially in the past five years of development, it has formed a low-key, pragmatic, democratic and transparent style of conduct. People tend to deepen their specialty and expand their business on the platform of the law firm, forming a cultural atmosphere of comparison between specialty and performance, regardless of fame and reputation, reducing internal friction and friction, which is conducive to the steady progress of Shengdian.
Fourth, we need financial confidence. Some colleagues will worry about the financial pressure of the fixed costs of huge renovations and expansions, partners worry about losses and colleagues worry about rising costs. In fact, after the integration of Shengdian in 2015, the financial situation is very stable. After this renovation expenditure, the retention of public funds is still greater than this renovation expenditure. In addition, even at the current utilization and cost standards, by the end of the 2021 budget year, the financial income and expenditure of Shengdian can still be slightly surplus, and the cash retention of public funds can still be nearly 10 million.
Standing at a new height, we should have three new expectations!
