On December 20, 2021, the Li Min lawyer team formed by lawyers Chen Zhimin, Li Wei and Zhang Xiaojing of Shengdian Law Firm was once again selected by Shenzhen Airport (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Airport Group") as the only winning bidder for perennial legal counsel in the bidding competition of 16 well-known law firms. In this bid-winning project, lawyer Chen Zhimin of our firm took the lead in bidding and served as the project leader and host lawyer, lawyer Zhang Xiaojing served as the project host lawyer, and three lawyers, lawyer Li Wei, lawyer Wang Huan and lawyer Deng Xiang, served as cooperative lawyers, forming a service team to provide professional and efficient perennial legal advisory services for the airport group and escort the airport group.
From November 2018 to November 2021, the Li Min lawyer team led by Chen Zhimin served as the permanent legal adviser of the Airport Group Company for three consecutive years through bidding. During this period, in addition to providing professional and dedicated legal advisory services for the airport group, lawyers Chen Zhimin and Li Wei, together with lawyer Zhang Xiaojing, also served as special legal advisers for airport port development projects, airport golf clearance and follow-up disposal projects. Together with lawyers Jiang Shan, Zhou Jiansong and Jiang Bo, they provided special legal services such as zombie enterprise liquidation, bankruptcy reorganization, litigation and debt issuance for the airport group, it is highly recognized by the Airport Group.
