On the afternoon of December 29, 2021, Shengdian held the establishment ceremony of the Compliance Legal Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the Compliance Center). Lawyer Wang Yongjing, director and senior partner of Shengdian, and lawyer Zhong Gangqiang, member of Shengdian Management Committee and senior partner, attended the inauguration ceremony, awarding licenses to the Compliance Center and issuing letters of appointment to the members of the Center.

After the establishment ceremony, Shengdian Compliance Center and Shengdian Criminal Committee jointly held an enterprise compliance case sharing meeting. Lawyer Zhang Liang, director of the enterprise compliance center and partner of Shengdian, lawyer Yang Fei, director of the criminal compliance center, partner of Shengdian, and lawyer Yuan Menglong, secretary general, served as keynote speakers to share the enterprise compliance rectification cases for everyone. After the sharing meeting began, lawyer yuan menglong explained "what is enterprise compliance" to everyone by combing the process of the supreme people's procuratorate's pilot work of enterprise compliance reform. Later, through case analysis and in combination with relevant regulations, lawyer yuan introduced the applicable conditions and inapplicability of compliance supervision and inspection for enterprises, and explained the contents of compliance supervision and inspection procedures for everyone.

Finally, lawyer Zhang Liang summarized the key points for attention in enterprise compliance rectification for everyone. In humorous language, he stressed the importance and necessity of making work schedules, strengthening communication with supervisors, paying attention to work marks and reporting, and doing a good job in customer compliance guidance to successfully pass the compliance rectification acceptance.
