Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice issued the ''Notice on the Peer Evaluation of the Quality of Legal Aid Cases in the Province in 2022 '', which is a report on the criminal and civil affairs that have been completed by the Provincial Legal Aid Bureau and a total of 151 legal aid institutions in 21 prefecture-level cities in 2021. The results of the quality evaluation of legal aid cases are reported. A criminal case of notification defense undertaken by lawyer Wu Chang of our institute was rated as an excellent case by the expert group of the provincial department. This is also the only case that was rated as an excellent case among the cases participated in the evaluation in Shenzhen.

In this peer assessment of the quality of legal aid cases in the province, Shenzhen was participated by 11 legal aid agencies at the municipal and district levels. In the assessment, the ministries and agencies selected 22 legal aid cases in Shenzhen. I was appointed by the Legal Aid Center of Dapeng New District in Shenzhen City, and the legal aid criminal cases undertaken by my lawyer Wu Chang have become an excellent model for peer evaluation of the quality of legal aid cases in the city.
