Recently, lawyer Ma Huan, a partner of Shengdian Law firm, was appointed as an arbitrator of the third Shenyang Arbitration Commission until the expiration of the current Arbitration Commission.

The Shenyang Arbitration Commission was formally established by the Shenyang Municipal People's Government in January 1997 in accordance with the provisions of the the People's Republic of China Arbitration Law to arbitrate contract disputes and other property rights disputes between citizens, legal persons and other organizations of equal subjects in accordance with the law. The permanent institution is also the only arbitration institution in the Shenyang administrative area to resolve civil and commercial disputes. The field of arbitration involves more than 30 industries such as commerce, finance, military industry, real estate, intellectual property, construction engineering, international trade, aviation logistics, cultural tourism economy, and digital economy. It has a team of 1067 arbitrators composed of well-known experts, senior lawyers and business elites at home and abroad to provide all-round and high-quality arbitration services for the parties.

He is now a partner and lawyer of Shengdian Law Firm; an arbitrator of the 3rd Shenyang Arbitration Commission, and an editor of Shengdian Lawyer Review. He once worked in the headquarters of Shenzhen Branch of China Construction Bank and was a member of the 11th Film and Television Media Law Committee of Shenzhen Bar Association.
