On the evening of May 16, the Youth Lawyer Growth Promotion Committee of Shengdian Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Shengdian Youth Promotion Committee") organized the first phase of the 2024 Internship Lawyer Growth Sharing Meeting. This sharing meeting invited lawyer Peng Fan as a sharing guest. Starting from her own actual experience, she shared the experience of the whole process of internship assessment. The aim is to help all paralegals and internship lawyers grow up as soon as possible, avoid detours during the internship of the Law Association, and successfully pass the internship assessment of the Law Association. The sharing meeting was presided over by lawyer Chen yuewu, and director Zhang Xiaojing of the youth promotion Committee was present. more than 30 interns attended the sharing meeting.

Lawyer Peng Fan shared his valuable experience extracted and summarized in the internship process from four aspects: offline training, written application, preparation of training materials and interview process.

一、线下培训。Lawyer Peng Fan focused on the notice of centralized training issued by Shenzhen Lawyers Association, reminding interns how to sign up for centralized training, and focusing on the conditions for signing up and the materials to be prepared.

二、申执笔试。Lawyer Peng Fan compared the difference between the written examination applied by Shenzhen Lawyers Association in 2023 and 2024. He believed that the examination requirements of the Lawyers Association in 2024 were slightly higher than those in 2023. Interns should ensure more than 95% attendance rate of centralized training. He also suggested that on the one hand, they could learn from each other by forming learning groups, and on the other hand, they should be good at using the small white book question bank provided by the Lawyers Association so as to pass the written examination.

三、实训材料的准备。Regarding the preparation of training materials, lawyer Peng Fan believes that the "internship diary" needs to be good at making use of the 7-day fill-in period of the law association system to fill in the plan in time. As for the submitted "case materials", lawyer Peng Fan suggested that everyone form the habit of forming written records when discussing cases and communicating with team members at ordinary times, so that there can be traces to follow when submitting the interview.

四、面试流程。Lawyer Peng Fan, based on his own interview experience and the experience of the assessment contents collected by the previous batch of interview groups, suggested that everyone should find an organization and help each other in the group before the interview. Eat through each case submitted and review and resume in time; Prepare and recite the "eight pages" handed down in advance.

Finally, lawyer Peng Fan also selflessly shared the materials prepared in the internship interview examination with the intern lawyers attending the meeting, so as to better help the intern lawyers in the institute to pass the association examination.

Lawyer Chen Yuewu answered questions collected in advance and supplemented the sharing content. In addition, lawyer Chen yuewu also focused on the process of centralized training to be carried out by Shenzhen lawyers association, involving courses, expanding the circle of friends, and successfully passing the training and examination. The interns also actively asked questions and had a positive interaction with the host and guests.
