On the afternoon of May 17, Shengdian Law Firm held an induction training for new employees in the conference room of the headquarters. This training is a combination of online and offline. New employees of Dongguan Branch and Zhongshan Branch watched the training live broadcast simultaneously through online. The purpose of the training activities is to help new employees better understand Shengdian culture, familiarize themselves with Shengdian environment, and help new employees accelerate their integration into Shengdian.

At the beginning of the activity, lawyer Wang Yongjing, director of Shengdian, extended a warm welcome to the new employees on behalf of the law firm. He introduced Shengdian's development process, current situation, organizational structure and law firm culture in detail, and looked forward to Shengdian's future development plan. Li Wenwen, manager of Shengdian's administrative department, introduced the organizational structure of the administrative department so that new employees can quickly understand the functions and staffing of the administrative department. She interpreted the instructions for new employees, including dress code, conference room appointment process, etc. At the same time, manager Li wenwen elaborated on how the administration department can provide strong support to the business department, systematically introduced the process of wind control and benefit rush approval/printing, case closing and filing, and explained the common problems.

Wang Caiping, manager of Shengdian's finance department, first introduced the team members of the finance department and their responsibilities, and made a detailed introduction on the invoice application, invoice return process, and the verification standard of the office's expense reimbursement, so as to ensure the standardization of financial reimbursement. Finally, Manager Wang Caiping also interpreted the seven special additional deduction policies for personal income tax to help new employees understand the preferential tax policies.

Lawyer Li Jinlan of the Company's Legal Committee will bring a special topic to share "Experience in Handling Cases of Disputes over Creditors' Right of Cancellation". Lawyer Li Jinlan will focus on the process of representing a dispute over creditor's rights cancellation, the main points of the review of the litigation of the third party's revocation, the main points of the creditor's right of avoidance dispute case and the question of how the relative will be determined if the relative returns the property to the debtor without notifying the creditor after the revocation is successful.
