On the afternoon of October 31, the 2024 Young Eagle Lawyer Recognition Meeting of Shengdian Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as Shengdian) was held as scheduled. Lawyer Zhang Xiaojing, director of Shengdian Youth Promotion Committee, introduced the participants and the significance of the commendation meeting. Lawyer Zhang said that the commendation meeting is not only an affirmation of the outstanding young eagle lawyers in the past year, but also an expectation and encouragement for the young eagle lawyers as a new force in the legal profession. She stressed that the young eagle symbolizes new life and hope. Shengdian has been committed to training young lawyers and providing them with platforms and opportunities for growth. She hopes to stimulate the potential of more young lawyers through the Young Eagle Program and the Young Eagle Reserve Program, promote exchanges and cooperation among young lawyers, and jointly promote the development of Shengdian to a higher level.

Lawyer Dong Yingyi spoke as a representative of the Young Eagle team. She said this year marked the independent start of her career and the first year she joined the Young Eagle program. Early in her practice, the first month's financial statements caused her anxiety while leaving her uneasy about the stability of the source of the case. However, constant anxiety not only does not help solve the problem, but may make the work more complicated. In the face of this anxiety, she actively adjusted her mentality, devoted herself to work in a more peaceful way, and tried to maintain a balance between life and work. For the future, she showed firm determination and promised to go all out, seize every possible opportunity, and complete every task in a down-to-earth manner. In her spare time, she also actively explores her surroundings and constantly absorbs new knowledge. Surprisingly, her tireless efforts are gradually leading her closer to her career goals. Although this year's luck seems to be better than ever, she knows that no matter what achievements have been made, she still needs unremitting efforts in the coming year. She plans to continue to learn from industry leaders and senior lawyers and actively communicate with each other in order to achieve her goals in the second year of joining the Young Eagle Program.
