On the afternoon of November 1, Shengdian Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as Shengdian) and Hong Kong He Shengwei Law Firm jointly organized the "Mainland and Hong Kong Executive Business Exchange" theme salon. Many lawyers from Hong Kong and the mainland and friends from other industries gathered together to explore new opportunities for cooperation through face-to-face in-depth dialogue, strengthen the connection of legal practice between the two places, and deepen the integration and innovation in the field of legal services in the future.

Lawyer Wang Yongjing, Director of Shengdian Administrative Committee, Lawyer Hu NingKe, Secretary of Shengdian Party Committee and Vice President of Shenzhen Lawyers Association, Lawyer Mao Peng, Member of Shengdian Administrative Committee, Lawyer Chen Jinfeng, Deputy Director of Shengdian Securities Committee and Wind Control Committee, accompanied the visiting Hong Kong lawyers to visit the office space on the 17th and 25th floors of Shengdian and introduced Shengdian's development history and business overview in detail.

 

 

 

Lawyer Wang Yongjing, director of Shengdian Management Committee and senior partner, delivered a warm opening speech, welcoming Hong Kong lawyers to visit Shengdian to share legal business between the two places. He introduced Shengdian's development and professional construction as well as preferential policies for lawyers in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. He hoped to strengthen the close cooperation between Shengdian and Hong Kong lawyers and jointly promote the integration and development of legal services between the two places.

He Shengwei, director of Hong Kong He Shengwei Law Firm, delivered a thank-you speech, thanking Sheng Dian for his invitation. He especially carried two badges of special significance, the Hong Kong lawyer badge and the Dawan District lawyer badge, expressing Hong Kong lawyers' desire to actively devote themselves to becoming Dawan District lawyers and to contribute to the construction of Dawan District with their professional knowledge and to promote the coordinated development of the rule of law in the two places.

As the host of this salon, lawyer Chen Jinfeng, deputy director and partner of Shengdian Securities Commission, gave a detailed introduction to the practising experience and professional fields of the participants, and briefly introduced the contents and processes of the Hong Kong lawyer sharing session, mainland lawyer sharing session and free exchange session of this salon, guiding the participants to discuss the development of the industry and share their experiences and opinions, to promote in-depth cooperation in the legal field between the two places.

Starting from the theme of "Hong Kong Civil Litigation", Barrister Zhang Jinliang of Jinyu Law Firm shared his experience in Hong Kong civil litigation as a judge of a Hong Kong court and as a barrister who has practiced for more than 30 years. The difference between the lawyer system and the mainland lawyer system, as well as the development history of Hong Kong barristers and solicitors.
